Shipping policy

 

Made-to-order garments and accessories are shipped by the middle of the following month (unless otherwise specified). Ready-to-ship products are shipped within a maximum of two weeks (unless otherwise specified). If both made-to-order and ready-to-ship pieces are ordered at the same time, they will all be delivered according to made-to-order's delivery schedule. If you want to receive your ready-to-ship pieces before, please make separate orders.

Taxes and duties for orders outside of the EU: All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

Casa 106 Atelier won't be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or duties and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Insurance

Casa 106 Atelier insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Casa 106 Atelier.
